I'm still at it. Now after doing more research online I think I have it nailed down. Looks like the ignition switches (not the lock) go bad. When I checked the fuses for the modules not working I do not see the battery voltage. When working I do. When in ACC and on modes I should see the battery voltage.

In stead of taking the switch apart I bought one for $54. It's not worth my time at this point to fix it. I'll do that later to have a backup.
If this is it I'll have this solved next weekend.
On a side note. The wife and I took it out for a drive on Friday before some errands. There is a fun S-turn on one of the roads. When I'm first at the light I like to take it as fast as I can. Well this time I had completed the first turn and was seeding up to the second (this part is on a hill). Come down the hill there are three motorcycle cops sitting at the second turn . Well the brakes were applied and I drove past them without them stopping me .
