I used to use a controller on the snes that had a touchpad instead of a D-pad, and it was very responsive. I used it mainly for the turbo feature you could assign to the buttons, but got to where I preferred it over the stock nintendo controller. I think once you get used to it, it will seem very natural and you probably won't think anything of it. I'm very interested in this hardware, of course, I'm sure it won't be cheap, and I'd bet it'll be way beyond what the high end logitechs are. Have they announced any MSRP?
